Fee-Based Financial Planner / Wealth Advisor (Confidential) - Miami/Dade, FL Job Type: Full-time Work Model: In-office / hybrid (based on fit) Compensation: Competitive and customized (based on AUM, planning fees, production, and experience) Confidential Search: Yes - client name shared after initial alignment call Overview True Axis Recruiting is partnering with a confidential, well-established wealth management platform in the Alpharetta/North Atlanta market to identify a planning-first, fee-based Financial Planner / Wealth Advisor who wants to scale a practice, grow recurring revenue, and build enterprise value with a longer-term path toward succession planning and an eventual transition/sale. This opportunity is designed for advisors who want to spend more time advising and less time on admin-supported by real infrastructure that helps you grow. What Makes This Opportunity Different You'll be supported by a full "advisor support stack," including: Lead Generation & Growth Support • Online lead generation programs • Seminar/webinar and event support • Niche market programs and business development resources designed to help fill the pipeline Full Back-Office / Service & Case Support • Dedicated back-office resources to reduce paperwork and streamline workflows • Support with new business processing and ongoing servicing so you can stay client-facing Deep Planning Bench • Planning and case design support to help you deliver more planning work efficiently • Access to specialists to support implementation and complex client needs Practice Management & Business Owner Support • Book reviews/audits and growth strategy support • Support for building repeatable processes that improve durability and practice value • Succession planning and business valuation guidance (where applicable) Multiple Revenue Streams • Ability to broaden client solutions beyond AUM alone and build diversified, resilient revenue Transition Support (if applicable) • Structured onboarding and client transition support for a smooth experience Key Responsibilities • Deliver goals-based financial planning and ongoing wealth management • Build and deepen relationships through consistent review cadence and proactive planning • Grow AUM and recurring revenue through referrals, COIs, events, and supported lead channels • Collaborate with internal resources to streamline onboarding, planning execution, and client service • Identify appropriate solutions aligned to client needs and long-term outcomes • Maintain licensing, compliance, and documentation standards Qualifications • 3+ years of experience as a producing advisor/planner (more senior welcome) • Strong fee-based / planning-first approach (mixed books welcome; AUM orientation preferred) • Proven relationship management and client retention skills • Track record of growth (new assets, planning fees, referrals, COIs, or supported lead strategies) • Licenses preferred: Series 65 or 7/66 (CFP a plus; not required) • High integrity, client-first mindset, and desire to build long-term practice value Helpful Context We'll Discuss (Confidential) To confirm fit, we'll cover a few high-level items early: • Approximate AUM and fee-based % of your book • Current T12 (ballpark) and recurring vs transactional mix • Client profile and any concentration (top households as % of AUM/revenue) • Growth goals and what support would move the needle most (leads, ops, planning, succession) How to Apply (Confidential) Apply with your resume or LinkedIn profile.
