**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. **Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Assist customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Offer solutions and alternatives to help simplify our customers' healthcare experience
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide a seamless customer experience
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Requirements**
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient and helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer's quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
