Overview:
As an independent Sales agent/ consultant, you will generate leads and manage the end-to-end sales process for a healthcare technology company offering Electronic Health Records (EHR), Practice Management Systems, and Medical Billing Services. This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and coordination between sales, marketing, pre-sales, and implementation teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and sales processes, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and administer the complete sales process from lead intake to contract execution
• Coordinate with sales representatives, pre-sales, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead, opportunity, and customer data
• Prepare sales documents including proposals, pricing, contracts, and sales reports
• Track sales pipeline activity and ensure compliance with company sales procedures
• Assist sales team with scheduling product demos, client meetings, and follow-up communications
• Support marketing campaigns by managing inbound leads and distributing them to the appropriate sales personnel
• Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management
• Ensure proper handoff of closed deals to implementation and billing teams
• Maintain knowledge of EHR, practice management, and medical billing services to effectively support the sales process
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience in sales administration or sales operations, preferably in healthcare IT or medical services
• Understanding of physician office workflows, healthcare compliance, and revenue cycle processes is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Experience:
• Experience supporting sales of EHR, Practice Management, or Medical Billing solutions
• Familiarity with healthcare sales cycles and physician practice requirements
• Exposure to contract management and pricing structures in healthcare technology
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
