**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct thorough investigations, produce data-driven insights, create high-impact recommendations, and deliver precise results to stakeholders
* Discuss findings with a clear perspective and compelling narrative to enable data-driven decision-making
* Develop, disseminate, and maintain adaptable self-service tools and dashboards that align with departmental objectives, enabling cross-functional partners to access data and identify key insights
* Collaborate with Product, Design, and Configuration teams to identify areas of opportunity, define/execute follow-up plans for the toolset, and influence prioritization decisions with data
* Train departmental colleagues on analysis best practices, technical skills, and developments in our organization's data infrastructure
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or other quantitative and fact-based fields
* 2+ years of work experience in a relevant field, preferably in business analysis, process improvement, startup/tech, or marketing
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style based on the audience
* Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated experience using data from multiple sources to solve complex problems, tell a story, and drive overall strategy
* Proficiency in SQL/Eden, Google Cloud Platform, and Excel/Google Sheets
* Experience with visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Knowledge of Python/Git is a plus, but not required
