**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team in Minnesota, USA. As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI models and data-driven solutions to drive business growth and innovation. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to identify business opportunities, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and drive business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the development and implementation of AI models and data-driven solutions to drive business growth and innovation
* Collaborate with our cross-functional team to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
* Develop and implement data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large datasets
* Design and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems
* Work with our engineering team to integrate AI models into our production environment
* Collaborate with our data engineering team to develop and implement data warehousing and data governance solutions
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field
* At least 7 years of experience as a data or AI researcher, including participating in advanced AI exercises (regression, clustering, and forecasting)
* Experience leading the development and implementation of scientific and data science modeling solutions using methods including data mining, AI, or text mining
* Experience using numerical ideas, calculations, and computational complexity
* Experience collaborating with colleagues to drive business value to the organization
* Experience presenting findings and reports to stakeholders
* Experience using Python, SQL, R, SAS, risk analysis, and data control
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Doctorate (PhD) certification in Math, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field
* At least 4 years of experience as a data or AI researcher, including participating in advanced AI exercises (regression, clustering, and forecasting)
* Experience working with large volumes of data and solving business problems
* Experience giving data science solutions including problem statement, feature engineering, model development, assessment, and testing, and deployment to a production environment
* Experience collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues in the production pipeline
* Experience productionizing, reviewing, and monitoring data science models in a web-based environment
* Experience working with Hive or Hadoop, AI, text mining, and Flash
**Skills and Competencies:**
* Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts and techniques
* Experience with data mining, AI, or text mining
* Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, R, SAS, and data control
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
