**Key Responsibilities**
As a Hybrid Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Interacting with internal departments, producers, and brokers to provide application support and resolve issues
* Determining the root cause of problems and offering possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed
* Handling inbound, outbound, or a combination of both customer service calls
* Providing basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance
* Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
* Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our systems
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Strong customer service skills, including oral and written communication
* Some experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the insurance industry
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Ability to handle multiple priorities within strict time constraints
* Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment to complete assignments in a timely manner
* Demonstrated commitment to team and departmental goals
* Ability to make informed decisions and achieve the appropriate results
* Excellent data entry skills and experience with Outlook and Teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications will be beneficial:
* Property and Casualty experience
* Ability to work any shift between 8am and 6pm EST, M-F, based on business need
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
