Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a contract basis. This role is far more than a typical recruiting position; it serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates. The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment efforts for positions ranging from entry-level to Vice President levels. Success in this role requires a combination of innovative sourcing strategies, relationship-building expertise, and technical proficiency in applicant tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities: ? High-Volume, Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all aspects of the hiring process, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview facilitation, stakeholder management, and offer negotiations. ? Strategic Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by utilizing passive and active recruitment strategies. Leverage social media platforms, resume databases, referrals, and innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent. ? Advisory Role: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, providing expert guidance on hiring needs and best practices. ? Applicant Tracking Systems Expertise: Utilize ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines, track metrics, and ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures. ? Outreach and Networking: Cultivate and manage relationships with educational institutions, licensing authorities, and behavioral health organizations to enhance the organization's employer brand and pipeline. ? Data-Driven Insights: Provide regular reporting and analytics on recruitment trends and performance, continuously improving processes to adapt to business needs. ? Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders and influencers to ensure efficient recruitment processes and achieve hiring targets. ? Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional experience for all candidates by maintaining timely communication and professionalism throughout the hiring process.

Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must reside in North Carolina or South Carolina)

Schedule: This is a full-time contract role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred). ? A minimum of 3 years of staffing or recruitment experience, including 1+ years of recruiting in healthcare, behavioral health, or licensed professional roles. ? A minimum of 2 years of remote work experience working in a recruitment or sourcing capacity using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc. to communicate with colleagues and candidates. ? Demonstrated experience recruiting for positions at all levels, from entry-level to executive roles. ? Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, including passive candidate sourcing through social media platforms and resume database searches. ? Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems. Dayforce experience is a huge plus. ? Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills. ? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
