Essential Functions: Function as main contact for internal HR customer service, responding to escalation inquiries in all levels of the organization, expediting the resolution of issues and concerns, and dealing appropriately with confidential material. Administer group level systems and processes such as recruiting, training, payroll, employee data management, time and attendance, compensation, and on-boarding/off-boarding. Support the HRIS Analyst in the administration of PeopleSoft modules to include account access and data integrity initiatives. Partner with IT department to develop and maintain technology-based tools to enable streamline and automation of HR processes and data sharing. Develop and facilitate training with all CAE HR users are to ensure they are adequately trained to operate various systems correctly. Serves as backup for data entry as required. Coordinate regular maintenance and integrity of CAE Job Description library. Support the maintenance of HR reporting including but not limited to Month End reporting and bi-weekly Human Resources Key Performance Indicators. Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and work instructions as needed. Utilize Lean methodologies/tools to participate and support the Continuously Improvement culture across the CAE HR function. Maintain the confidentiality of all employee personnel records, payroll records, personnel-related correspondence, conversations, and any other issues.
