Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Concierge Customer Service Representative to join our team at MedWatch LLC. As a critical member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
