Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and can quickly learn new tools.
