Job Description: We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as part-time
Customer Service Representatives. As a remote team member, you will assist Netflix members with account inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and general support.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist members with account setup, billing issues, and subscription management.
- Troubleshoot technical problems, including streaming or connectivity issues.
- Provide guidance on using Netflix features and services.
