Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to PepsiCo products and services.
- Assist customers with order status, product information, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus.

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
