Job Summary:
As a
Customer Service Representative in our
PepsiCo Customer Service Center, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support related to PepsiCo products and services. This is a
remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information, process orders, and resolve customer concerns.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and data in company systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications & Skills:
- No prior experience required—training will be provided!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of customer interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
