Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Billing Data Entry Clerk to join our Accounting and Billing department in a remote work environment. This role is essential for ensuring the accurate and timely entry of billing data across various technology platforms and supporting daily administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
? Review and process adjustments to time entries as necessary.
? Enter billing data with precision and efficiency.
? Undertake general administrative duties, such as managing correspondence, filing, scanning, and copying documents.
? Compile and organize documentation necessary for expense charges.
Required Skills
? Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of integrity to handle confidential information appropriately.
? Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, enabling professional interactions with colleagues at all organizational levels.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.
? Outstanding organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
? Reliability and initiative demonstrated through punctuality, adherence to instructions, and proactive task completion.
? Willingness to work overtime during weekdays and weekends, as required.
Qualifications
? A minimum of one year of prior office or clerical experience is essential. Experience within a law firm setting is considered advantageous.
