We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Pharmacist to join our team at CVS Wellbeing, providing clinical support for our adherence-based programs focusing on various disease states, including Diabetes, Obesity, Chronic Kidney Disease, and more. As a Call Center Pharmacist, you will utilize various software applications to engage with patients via live outreach, offering consistent, one-on-one clinical support (e.g., patient counseling, education, etc.) to help manage their condition. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and CVS Pharmacy teams to assist patients with functional needs, as well as provide tailored support throughout the patient's journey, with the goal of maintaining their prescribed treatment regimen as outlined by their provider. In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading outbound calls to patients who qualify for adherence-based programs, ensuring timely and consistent communication (e.g., offering one-on-one support for patients who were unable to fill their prescription due to a stock shortage, patients who are non-adherent to medications, etc.) Addressing patient concerns, investigating issues, and providing appropriate resolutions, ensuring patient satisfaction and program success Identifying clinical support needs and escalating calls to Pharmacists in the team to further discuss concerns, such as medication adherence barriers or clinical-related challenges faced by patients, enabling timely intervention and resolution Utilizing CVS systems and guidelines to manage patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing We offer a competitive salary of $26/hour, remote work arrangements, and immediate start dates.
