Job Summary: As a Customer Service Agent, you will be scheduled to work between 20-40 hours per week. Your duties will include: Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting luggage, mail, and freight to and from aircraft. Protecting freight, luggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. Safely operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas. Repeatedly lifting and loading luggage onto trucks to ensure each bag reaches its destination. Working with luggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of luggage and freight.
