Technical proficiency with computers and various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer service platforms. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to perform job duties remotely. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
