A boutique employment law firm based in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Remote Employment Attorney to join its dedicated plaintiff-side team. The Remote Employment Attorney position offers a unique opportunity for legal professionals committed to representing employees, particularly in PAGA and class action litigation. Salary Range: $120,000 - $200,000 year/DOE
Remote Employment Attorney Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload primarily focused on plaintiff work
• Engage in PAGA and class action litigation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in a non-micromanaged environment
• Track and log case-related work for compliance purposes
• Participate in depositions as required
• Travel for in-person meetings as needed, with reimbursement provided
Remote Employment Attorney Requirements
• PAGA or class action experience is essential
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required
• Litigation experience is prioritized, but arbitration experience will be considered
• Open to candidates from both plaintiff and defense backgrounds
• Barred in CA
