They are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their Corporate Talent Team by ensuring exceptional candidate experiences and managing recruiting logistics. Responsibilities - Partner with recruiters, hiring teams, and clients to provide a high-touch, quality candidate experience - Be responsible for seamlessly coordinating a high volume of complex interviews across multiple searches - Maintain our ATS and internal tools with accurate and up-to-date information - Work to continuously improve and build on our recruiting processes Skills - Bachelor's degree - Demonstrated experience managing calendars, scheduling complex meetings, or coordinating multi-stakeholder workflows - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clinicians, technologists, business leaders, and external partners - High attention to detail with a track record of accurate, organized, and timely task execution - 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative, coordination, customer service, or HR support role Company Overview - Making High-Quality Healthcare Accessible To Everyone We are creating a new standard in primary care, using front line diagnostic testing and first-of-its-kind AI to bring world-class diagnostic care into every doctor’s office.
