Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat *Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware products *Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system *Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues *Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical training *Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets
Qualifications
? 2+ years of experience in IT customer service or technical support *Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking *Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills *Ability to work independently in a remote environment *High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Work Environment:
? Remote work from anywhere in the USA *Flexible scheduling with some evening and weekend work required *Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace required
