The Knowledge Center Representative provides administrative customer service assistance to claimants, providers, and other interested parties by receiving and answering telephonic inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Delivers friendly, efficient customer service in a high-volume environment
- Accurately captures and enters data into CareMC and other internal systems
- Demonstrates active listening and communicates clearly to confirm understanding
- Promotes future use of self-help tools when applicable
- Maintains consistent attendance and meets quality and productivity standards
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
- Effective verbal and written communication with active listening skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using proprietary systems
- Strong customer focus with ability to de-escalate routine issues
- Attention to detail and time management skills
