They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to initiate contact with prospects and customers, manage inbound leads, and qualify new business opportunities to drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Outbound lead generation and inbound lead qualification
- Manage inbound leads from website, stores, campaigns, and phone inquiries
- Accurately assess the customer's business, applications, and identify the best-fit RWS sales resource to follow-up on qualified opportunities
- Execute qualification process to set introduction meetings with appropriate sales resources to close RWS opportunity
- Identify, qualify, and deliver sales opportunities within Small Business. Mid-Market and National/Global segments across Industrial RWfB portfolio
- In addition, be responsible for responding to contact initiated by customers or prospects via telephone, email, gaining an understanding of the customers’ needs or requirements, moving the opportunity towards a sale, meeting, or other relevant outcome
- Focus upon maximizing sales of RW products to existing customers by trying to cross sell or up-sell
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Either customer experience or sales environment preferred)
- Ability to get results through influence and collaboration
- Ability to leverage a dynamic sales process
- Demonstrated ability to achieve specific and measurable goals
- Possess financial and business acumen; understands the dynamics of the business
- Strong communication and analytical skills required, including the ability to interpret challenges, and formulate pragmatic, effective recommendations
