Informa TechTarget is a leading company in the B2B technology space, seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Analyst. This role involves providing essential pre-sales support and collaborating with multiple departments to drive successful sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of TechTarget’s products and pricing by working closely with various pre-sales and post-sales departments
- Request campaign inventory and collaborate with internal teams to get program parameters in place to set forth client recommendations
- Price out products for proposal components in various formats:
- Develop PowerPoint presentations
- Format details into agency templates (Excel)
- Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and approve Insertion Orders (IOs), Purchase Orders (POs), and sales contracts
- Oversee and distribute approved Insertion Orders, ensuring proper circulation to relevant teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to manage contract bookings, revenue allocation and invoicing needs
- Act as the primary support for our sales team, responding swiftly to needs and aiding in business achieved
Skills

- Proficiency in CRM systems, PowerPoint, and Excel
- A flexible, team-oriented approach with a problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, account management, or a related field
