What You’ll Do
- Identify, pursue, and close new strategic customers in target markets
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, quoting, negotiation, and close
- Engage executive-level stakeholders and navigate complex buying organizations
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to win new business
- Present DRT’s value proposition as a trusted, long-term manufacturing partner
- Build strong pipeline discipline and manage opportunities in Salesforce
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance
- Drive profitable growth while balancing pricing, margin, and capacity
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of B2B sales, business development, or key account management experience
- Proven hunter mindset with a track record of winning new business
- Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or engineered products environments
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Solid understanding of pricing, margins, and commercial strategy
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Experience
- Precision machining, industrial equipment, or engineered-to-order manufacturing
- OEM sales (data center equipment, machinery, or similar)
- Multi-plant or complex manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
