We are seeking a full-time Security & Compliance Engineer to join our corporate Information Technology team.

Job Overview:
The Security & Compliance Engineer will lead and mature our security program, with a focus on regulatory alignment, continuous monitoring, and enterprise security integration. This role will be responsible for driving security initiatives, managing compliance efforts, and ensuring our environment meets industry standards.
What you will do:
- Lead security and compliance initiatives aligned to frameworks such as NIST
- Own and manage security monitoring capabilities, including SIEM implementation and optimization
- Establish and maintain security governance processes, policies, and standards
- Oversee vulnerability management and remediation efforts across systems
- Coordinate with internal and enterprise security teams on requirements and initiatives
- Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting for leadership and audit purposes
- Support incident response efforts and root cause analysis
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, or compliance
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, PCI, or similar)
- Experience with SIEM platforms and security monitoring
- Understanding of infrastructure security (Windows, Active Directory, cloud platforms such as M365)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Preferred but not required:- Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+)
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare

Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, certifications, geographic differentials, and other business and organizational needs.
