- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement high-quality requirement roadmaps based on modernization strategy and vision
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among user experience, project scope, and time to market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, in an agile environment to deliver solutions
- Create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria based on customer needs and business requirements
- Lead backlog planning and optimization efforts to ensure readiness for upcoming sprints
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor?s Degree in computer science or a closely related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Lead, Design Lead, Solution Lead, or Technical Product Manager
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and microservices architectures
- Excellent business-level communication skills and ability to facilitate stakeholder dialogues
- Database knowledge including SQL and NoSQL, with an understanding of data relationships

- Experience in cultivating a collaborative team environment and mediating conflicts
