The Trade Support - Associate will support the Credit/Distressed/Securitized Desk, focusing on trade booking, amendments, and break resolution while ensuring accurate trade flow and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities - Creation, resolution, and delivery of Front Office/Back Office (FOBO) reports highlighting daily position and End of Day (EOD) pricing breaks; investigate, comment on, and resolve fails, intercompany breaks, and all pending trades in a timely manner; input daily commentary for control standards; provide various metrics and Management Information System (MIS) on a daily/weekly basis - Communicate with the trading desk daily to ensure proper trade bookings are accurate and trade flow is complete; perform trade amendments/booking on behalf of trading due to system and application limitations; monitor trades to ensure trading and sales trades match on economics; monitor RMS trade-flow and work with Tech on issues that arise - Auction Process: Input customer and house bids as per Trading/Sales; compute net long position calculation to meet Fed requirements; assist with Rates Fed requests monthly, quarterly, and yearly - Maintain the team’s procedures and Business Continuity Management document; liaise with team members on Life Cycle Management around Cash Fixed Income trades - Monitor TRACE and perform static data maintenance in front-end systems; test system enhancements prior to release; demonstrate strong market/regulatory knowledge and appropriate escalation awareness Skills - Candidate must be able to work in a high pressure environment due to the fact that a significant portion of the transactions are processed and settle real time, on-line with critical dead-line - Strong analytical skills: ability to utilize different techniques to resolve problems - Excellent technical skills: Candidate must be proficient in PC desk-top applications; i.e., Microsoft office suite Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Access - Excellent Interpersonal skills Candidate must have excellent communication/oral skills and interact well with other team members; i.e., Clients, Sales, Trading, Ops, Bookrunners, IT counterparts in other back/middle office ops teams, Legal, Compliance, Business managers, etc Benefits - Health and wellbeing benefits - Retirement savings plans - Parental leave - Family building benefits - Educational resources - Matching gift and volunteer programs Company Overview - Deutsche Bank is an investment bank that offers financial products and services to corporate and institutional clients.
