Job Description:
• Own strategy + account health for around 5-8 B2B clients
• Leading client calls and presenting quarterly QBRs
• Owning client relationships and health
• Auditing video ecosystems (website, ads, YouTube, social, sales enablement, events)
• Analyzing competitors and identifying gaps/opportunities
• Building clear video roadmaps aligned to business goals + funnel
• Turning strategy into creative direction the team can execute
• Driving performance: distribution, repurposing, campaign usage, iteration
• Reviewing deliverables and giving clear feedback to editors/production
• Creating episode outlines, hooks, scripting/refinement, thumbnail direction
• Occasional travel for shoots/sprints to coach/direct on set
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, video marketing, or agency client services
• Strong presentation skills (you’ll lead weekly calls + QBRs)
• Strong creative taste (you know what will and won’t work on camera)
• Organized and can follow processes (or build them!)
• Deep interest in digital marketing and AI-enabled workflows
• Understands content marketing analytics & performance
