The Minnesota Star Tribune is an innovative media organization with a rich history. They are seeking an Associate Digital Media Buyer to develop, execute, optimize, and analyze digital marketing campaigns for clients, ensuring they meet performance goals based on established KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital media campaigns across various buying platforms
- Monitor digital media campaigns within multiple DSP’s daily
- Optimize toward established KPIs during the life of a campaign
- Pull data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations to take to strategists and digital leads
- Manage, prioritize, and respond to ad-hoc requests as assigned
- Research and stay abreast of current industry best practices and trends, develop and maintain digital best practices, and promote digital optimization techniques
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in related field and/or certification; or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience utilizing Real-Time Bidding technologies (DSPs, Ad Exchanges, SSPs)
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex client campaigns and relationships against performance metrics
- Ad trafficking experience utilizing platforms such as Google Campaign Manager
- Experience with Google Ad Manager or other ad serving technology
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the industry, development processes and business priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TM, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
- DoubleClick Campaign Manager/DoubleClick Bid Manager and Google Analytics certifications
