Principal Compliance Tester

Review and analyze data and reports to identify potential compliance issues and areas of improvement. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance processes are in place and effective. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and make suggestions for corrective actions. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance procedures are up-to-date. Train and educate employees on compliance requirements and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential compliance risks and areas of vulnerability. Monitor and track remediation efforts for identified compliance issues. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of compliance testing processes and results. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and external auditors. Provide guidance and support to other team members on compliance-related matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new compliance processes and procedures.
