About the position The Bilingual Customer Service Representative position at Kelly Services involves providing technical support to customers in both English and Spanish. This fully remote role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers with technical issues via phone or email. The representative will log results in a ticketing system and collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery.
