Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing product information, and resolving customer inquiries in a fast-paced, collaborative call center environment.
