Job Overview: Start date: Immediate openings available Location: Remote (with initial 4-week in-office training in Coppell, TX) Compensation: $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility, bi-annual bonuses, and annual equity grant The Opportunity: Role Expectations: In the first 30 days, you will complete new hire orientation, gain industry knowledge, and develop critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues. As you progress, you will: Investigate and resolve customer experience issues (60 days) Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers and navigate our order queue (60 days) Continue learning and advancing your skill sets to achieve individual and team goals (90 days) Manage in-bound seller calls and monitor open and pending orders (90 days) What You'll Bring: Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving, decision-making, and resolution skills Interest in the live event space and an eager-to-learn attitude Work Schedule: Initial 4-week training: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (in-office) Hybrid model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with alternating days off (Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday) Ready to Apply?
