Listen attentively to client concerns, address them professionally, and provide personalized solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. De-escalate high-pressure situations, resolving issues on the first call while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone. Cross-reference contacts and collaborate with teams to provide timely solutions to customer needs. Process financial transactions, handle client requests, and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for reporting purposes and audits. Provide constructive feedback to improve service levels and contribute to continuous quality improvement. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, driving sales growth. Requirements and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be 18 years or older. Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred. Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute. Proficient in computer operations and able to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
