Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Energy Choice California, a leading contact center that partners with external clients and Community Choice Aggregations (CCAs) in California to provide communities with a choice to purchase cleaner energy at competitive rates. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring a high level of customer service to CCA customers, providing expert knowledge of our programs and services, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
