Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at McLaren Integrated HMO Group (MIG), a leading healthcare organization dedicated to helping people live healthier and more satisfying lives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our members and providers, providing support, and resolving issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Respond to daily member telephone calls, directing them to the proper services needed, educating them on their benefits, and resolving issues. Collaborate with the Medical Management Department to authorize services and create linkages for members. Assist providers with eligibility, benefit, and claims issues. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent certification required. One (1) year of experience in a customer service related role with direct contact with customers via telephone, email, chat, and/or face-to-face. Preferred Qualifications: One (1) year of experience in a physician health care office environment or high-volume call center. Knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions.
