With a focus on quality, reliability, and professionalism, we strive to exceed expectations and build long-lasting relationships with our clients. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Answering inbound calls from customers seeking price quotes, booking reservations, confirming trip details, and general inquiries * Accurately inputting customer details into our provided software * Communicating via WhatsApp and other tools as required * Logging in and out for your shift consistently and maintaining communication with the team * Collaborating with other agents while handling calls simultaneously * Maintaining a professional and courteous tone at all times * Seeking guidance when unsure of how to handle a situation **Shift Availability** We're looking for individuals who are available to work weekend evenings and overnight shifts. Our available shifts are: * Evening Shift (Friday – Sunday): 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PST (May also have Tuesday Evening available) * Overnight Shift (Every Day): 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM PST **Compensation** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can earn: * $4.50 per call answered (Evening Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM PST) * $8.00 per call answered (Overnight Shift: 10 PM – 4 AM PST) * $2.50 per reservation made (all shifts) Opportunities for rate increases are based on performance and quality of service. We're committed to recognizing and rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A smartphone and laptop/computer (must be able to quickly navigate software) * Strong communication skills and the ability to ask for assistance when needed * A reliable internet connection * Prior customer service experience (preferred but not required) **Important Notes** * This position should be considered supplemental income rather than a primary job. Call volume fluctuates based on industry seasonality and events—some days may have multiple calls, while others may have none. Overnight shifts are extremely slow, hence the higher payment per call. * We're looking for reliable, professional, and eager individuals who are willing to grow with us.
