**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that inform business decisions
* Collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize analytical initiatives, identifying key metrics and objectives
* Developing and maintaining data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

* Collaborating with engineering and data teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
* Performing statistical analysis to validate findings and identify areas for improvement or optimization

* Designing and executing A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of changes and initiatives

**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field) with 2+ years of working experience. A Master's degree is a plus.
* Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including Python, R, or SQL.
