Job Summary: Join our team at The Popcorn Factory as a Seasonal Customer Service Associate, working from the comfort of your own home! We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team for the holiday season. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Respond to escalated emails and work queues related to orders, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Make outbound calls to customers as needed, providing order updates and resolving issues. Address TrustArc requests and provide exceptional customer service via phone and email. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of call center experience or business experience with intense seasonality. Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Schedule and Benefits: Seasonal position: October through December, with the possibility of overtime. Remote work schedule: 8:30 AM - 5 PM, with extended hours and Saturdays potentially required.
